Bottino is an Italian restaurant located on 246 10th Avenue that has been serving Chelsea for over two decades. The menu, which was curated by newly appointed Executive Chef Jamie Kenyon, has options for everyone from traditional to more adventurous dishes.

I started my meal with the Butter Lettuce Salad with Honeycrisp Lettuce and Stilton Cheese. Draped with pomegranate seeds and a sweet honey vinaigrette, this salad was light and sweet and the perfect set up for my next plate.

For my main course, I had the Oxtail Pappardelle, (compliments of the chef) which was simply amazing! All of the pasta at Bottino is made in-house and I don’t want my pasta any other way moving forward. I was also intrigued by the Cider-Braised Pork Cheeks, which were served with red cabbage and apple crisps; I wasn’t disappointed. Not to be forgotten, I washed my meal down with a delicious Bottino Manhattan. For dessert, I had a Pecan Tart; a perfect end to my meal.

If you couldn’t tell, I really enjoyed my meal at Bottino. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes from the new menu. Everyone should eat at Bottino at least once in their lives.
