With restaurants opening to 75% indoor capacity and spring in full swing, pretty much everyone will be on the hunt for restaurants that offer quality dining experiences. With many people sharpening up their culinary skills during quarantine, a great dish is no longer enough for serious eaters. I think ramen restaurant Ichiran is a fantastic option for those who are looking for a truly immersive dining experience (and some of the best ramen I’ve possibly ever had).

Even though I’ve slowed down quite a bit on dining out (for obvious reasons), I took this as an opportunity to have a much-needed date night with my girlfriend, and I must say Ichiran did not disappoint.

Ichiran is the world’s leading expert in Tonkotsu ramen and they have recently reopened for indoor dining. Ichiran is designed for you to enjoy your meal in a solo dining booth. They have always been a part of the restaurant but now, they make for a perfect way for you to enjoy your meal safely. An order sheet is found at each booth where one can personally customize their ramen, choosing different ingredients, flavor levels, and noodle texture, alongside preordering Kae-Dama (noodle refill) or additional…
